With manufacturer’s warranties of up to 5 years, providing regular maintenance has been performed, a service contract is a necessity to prolong the life of your installation and potentially save you money.
Converse Cooling Ltd offer maintenance contracts tailored to suit every requirement whether your equipment was installed by ourselves or another company. A basic commercial service package consists of 2 visits per year which keeps your system is running smoothly and importantly ensures your warranties remain valid. Prices start from as little as £90 per annum. For a domestic system only one visit per year may be necessary.
If you decide not to take a maintenance contract, Converse Cooling can service and repair your air conditioning installation on a time & materials basis at extremely competitive rates.
For breakdowns we offer a 24 hour callout service 365 days a year, with a targeted maximum response time of 4 hours.
Our service engineers receive ongoing training to ensure they remain at the forefront of new technology and with service vehicles equipped with a range of spare parts; we will rectify the majority of faults during the first visit.
